Yin Yoga + Gong Bath

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and renewal with a Yin Yoga and Gong Bath on Sunday, November 10, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Block 134, Putnam, CT. This 90-minute experience invites you to unwind through gentle, long-held Yin yoga poses, guided to release tension and connect with stillness. The practice will conclude with a soothing Gong Bath, where the harmonious sounds of the gong will wash over you, promoting a profound sense of peace and a meditative state of calm.
